**JOB SUMMARY**

Overall management of store and its related functions.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Applies and follows contractual obligations, GCC’s & ADAFSA policies and procedures.
- Ensures personal Hygiene standards, uniform code. Safe lifting techniques and code of behaviour is strictly followed and complied with.
- Follows health and safety measures including code of accidents prevention.
- Responsible for proper receiving, storing, issuing and maintaining stocks levels.
- Ensures the chiller, freezer and dry store temperature is accurate and reports store manager if any drop-in temperature is recorded.
- Check stock levels and reports to store manager.
- Reports expiry dates of products, segregates damaged and spoilt goods for further inspection and recording before disposing.
- Ensures FIFO principles are followed at the time of receiving and during normal routine tasks.
- Ensures proper PPE is worn while performing tasks requiring extra caution.
- Conducts weekly/monthly inventories in the warehouse.
- Ensure periodic cleaning, De-frosting and pest control schedules and procedures.
- Established timings for receipts and issues of items from stores to all departments.

**Minimum Job requirements**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Sales role. Minimum of High school certificate with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge/ experienced in controlling products developments.
- Remain updated in all applicable proposed HSE legislation.
- Computer monitoring system and other related ware hosing processes.

**Physical requirements**

Person must be medically fit and should be hands on leader with a drive to perform excel in his role, Age preferred between 27 to 33 years.

**Monthly Salary**: Between AED 1200 to AED 1700
