Coordinate daily labor requirements by matching available workers to client projects.
- Liaise with clients to understand job specifications, skill requirements, and project timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available workers, their skills, certifications, and availability.
- Prepare and manage labor schedules, attendance sheets, and shift rosters.
- Communicate daily assignments to workers and ensure they are briefed on job expectations.
- Arrange transportation and accommodation for labor as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor attendance, performance, and worker well-being.
- Address worker concerns and resolve conflicts related to deployment or workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa regulations, health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports on labor deployment, absenteeism, and turnover.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
