**What you'll be doing**
As part of the central Omnichannel Team, the Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering key product features and improvements for our internal clients (e.g., brands). This role requires strong product knowledge, an understanding of workflows and feature relationships, and the ability to align teams towards impactful outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy & Delivery**:
- Suggest new initiatives and features based on the company’s strategy and product goals.
- Create long-term strategies for the products you own, balancing quick wins and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers) to identify patterns and trends, translating them into actionable product insights.
- Drive the creation and prioritization of the product backlog by writing clear and actionable user stories and conducting grooming sessions.
- Manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams while maintaining the roadmap for the next 12 months.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs and are fit-for-purpose.
- Clearly communicate prioritization decisions to stakeholders based on business and customer needs.
**Market Research & Analysis**:
- Perform advanced GA and cube reporting (e.g., at the customer level) and critically analyze data to inform decisions.
**Communication & Enablement**:
- Write release documentation and educate business stakeholders on feature changes.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute launch plans that drive user adoption.
- Own business readiness by managing UAT, creating readiness artifacts, and ensuring smooth feature releases.
- Communicate effectively with senior levels, presenting ideas clearly and tailoring messaging to different audiences.
**Analytics & Experimentation**:
- Design and run multiple experiments within the roadmap, ensuring they don’t clash.
- Measure the success of experiments and communicate outcomes to teams and stakeholders.
- Go beyond core analytics packages to report on project effectiveness, identifying gaps and proposing solutions for deeper insights.
**Self-Development and Team Collaboration**:
- Actively work to understand all roles within the business, including objectives and goals of other teams.
- Share relevant industry news and articles with the team in an easily digestible format.
- Demonstrate self-awareness by proactively seeking opportunities to develop strengths and address areas of improvement.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- At least 4 years in product management, with a proven record of delivering successful products and features (preferably across multiple platforms). eCommerce experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong familiarity with SFCC/Demandware.
- A good understanding of the full technology stack and how products interact across the business.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.
- Salesforce CRM and Marketing experience is a plus.
- Demonstrates ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
