**About the Role**

An Assistant Manager, Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories for our guests. Being able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight a guest through a natural and anticipatory style of service is essential and a key ability of a seasoned Assistant Manager in our Concierge team. The Concierge team need to be able to ‘unlock’ those exciting, unique and cultural experiences for our guests across the city. The Concierge team have an exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai so can enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries. The Assistant Manager, Concierge along with the Chief Concierge are responsible for the successful running on the team from service delivery, training, knowledge, rostering, transport arrangements, itinerary planning, service provider engagement, pre and post stay correspondence and must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
