**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution, including design, fabrication, installation, and handover phases.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Supervise site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain productivity.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the Aluminum & Glass industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facade and glazing projects.
- Strong understanding of aluminum and glass systems, fabrication, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
