**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with new clients
- Design personalized training programs based on clients’ goals and abilities
- Lead one-on-one and/or small group training sessions
- Provide motivation, support, and accountability to clients
- Maintain accurate session records and track client progress
- Promote personal training services to members and help grow your client base

**Requirements**:

- Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, REPS, or similar)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of exercise programming and safe training practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Previous personal training experience is a plus
