**Our Client**:
Our client, a leading Media Company, are looking for an Editor to join their hospitality brand.

Alongside an in-depth knowledge of the Middle East’s F&B sector, the Editor should be bursting with big ideas for new executions and brand extensions that deliver value to the brands Middle East’s loyal and discerning audience, and the brand as a whole.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the brands Middle East’s editorial content across digital, social, video, print and events
- Plan, write, edit and commission content towards an editorial calendar, ensuring daily, weekly and monthly content goals and targets are met
- Drive and deliver audience growth across the brands Middle East’s digital and social platforms
- Collaborate with Editors on sister titles, including Hotelier Middle East, to identify new content opportunities across brands
- Use the brands analytics tools to compile weekly reports on content performance, identifying trends / patterns, and using insights to inform future content strategy
- Work with a central video department to develop the brands Middle East’s video proposition across social platforms
- Work with a central events department to deliver exceptional annual Awards properties and ad-hoc events across the region and identify new activations that add value to our brands, audience and clients
- Support the Group Editor and Editorial Director by acting as a senior editorial face of the brands Hospitality division - externally by establishing strong relationships in the industry, and internally by developing a strong reputation for project management and collaboration
- Support the brands Middle East’s commercial team by collaborating on projects that assist with revenue growth

**Your Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years in journalism
- At least 2 years in either a deputy / associate / editor role
- Experience working on print products
- Experience working on news / media websites
- An interest in food + beverage (or experience working on a food / beverage
- A reasonably outgoing personality - comfortable with small talk, enjoys going out
- Comes across as ambitious, driven and energetic / lively
- Hands-on multimedia experience (digital, social, video, print).
- Experience working with a CMS and SEO tools, as well as Adobe InDesign
- Understanding of the Middle East’s dynamic, diverse cultural identity and F&B sector
