Do you have a love for social and digital media and a knack for creating rich and engaging content for all audiences?

We're on the hunt for an experienced social media and digital content creator who is passionate about creating and managing content to join our team.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will report to the General Manager, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing a fun, contemporary and dynamic social and digital media strategy to promote and market our business across all our social channels and digital mediums.

You will be working will multiple contributors and stakeholders in the hospitality industry, your work will be interesting and varied, and no two days will be alike. Some local travel, weekend and evening work for content creation will be required.

Your finger is on the pulse, you're a step ahead in understanding the ever-changing world of social and digital content and you have high attention to detail and creative flair

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer with proven skills and experience in content marketing, social media strategy and execution.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop and manage the social media content calendar (copy and visuals) across all company socials.
- Create quality graphic design and video content for social media and digital assets (where possible) with internal stakeholders that is customised for various identities and diverse audiences.
- Work with our partners, suppliers and other important governing bodies to develop content for social and digital media.
- Develop and implement the social media and website strategy.
- Present social media strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Manage and interact with social media audiences and foster a fun and professional community environment. This role is filled with diversity and lots of room for fresh original ideas.
- Monitor and manage website content to ensure it aligns with marketing and business strategies.
- Responsible for all EDM campaigns and production of our monthly company newsletter.
- Provide event support & assistance at our exhibitions.

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years of social media account management with strong understanding of key platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- A Strong understanding of social media legal protocols and best practices.
- A proven track record of growing social media communities & creating content that educates, delights, entertains & engages.
- Excellent creative copywriting skills, an eye for design and a proven ability to deliver work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated content creation, social media and website experience in a sporting environment.
- Experience working with social media management tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Graphic design and video editing experience.
- Experience in Canva and the Adobe Suite is favourable.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media trends.

- Loyal and ethical in nature.
- Hold a current and valid Driver's License. Have your own vehicle, and be willing to travel to external venues.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
