The Cake Decorator will work alongside the Pastry Chef to prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, and other desserts for the restaurant. This role requires a passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality desserts are produced and presented to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Pastry Chef in decorating cakes and pastries according to customer specifications and restaurant standards.
- Prepare icing, fondant, and other decorations for cakes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in proper working order.
- Ensure all decorated cakes meet the quality and aesthetic standards of Al Hallab Restaurant.
- Assist with preparing ingredients for cake and pastry production.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling all ingredients and products.
- Assist with packaging and preparing cakes for delivery and presentation.
- Help with inventory management for baking supplies and ingredients.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, assisting other pastry and kitchen staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques (piping, fondant work, etc.).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, particularly during busy periods.
- A strong eye for detail and creativity.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
