Ensure day-to-day operations in the garage are running smoothly & efficiently.
Supervise the work of Foreman, mechanics, & other staff members in the garage.
Coordinate with suppliers for the purchase of materials, tools, & equipment.
Maintain records and reports of all work performed in the garage.
Implement and maintain safety protocols in the garage.
Develop and implement plans to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Monitor and order parts and supplies for the garage.
Inspect and troubleshoot vehicles for mechanical problems.
Provide technical support to mechanics and other staff members.
Liaise with operations department to provide estimates & lead time for repairs..
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to delegate tasks.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.Knowledge of vehicle parts and supplies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of computer systems and software
- **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**_
Bachelor s degree or Diploma in automotive engineering, automotive technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in automotive service management.
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
