**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Analyze financial statements, internal controls, and financial processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of financial needs.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
  • Stay updated with changes in regulations and best practices in finance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial procedures and methodologies.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a must.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a Big Four firm or reputable accounting practice.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, local regulations, and financial accounting standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
