The Role

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field - Proven experience as a Chief Estimator or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail - Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment - Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar - Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes in UAE-Dubai - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
