**Job Title**: General Manager

**Location**: Stars n Bars Restaurant
**Reports to**: Managing Partner/ Owner

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the overall operations of Stars n Bars, ensuring smooth daily functioning and excellence in service.
- Supervise all departments including bar, kitchen, service, and events.
- Maintain brand standards and implement company policies consistently.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure a motivated and efficient team.

**Financial & Business Management**:

- Manage the restaurant’s **P&L**, ensuring profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and procurement for optimal cost management.
- Review sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Entertainment & Events**:

- Collaborate with artists, DJs, and event promoters to plan and execute engaging entertainment programs that align with the brand’s vibe.
- Curate music and event themes that enhance guest experience and drive footfall.
- Manage event budgets and ensure successful execution of in-house and promotional events.

**Food & Beverage Expertise**:

- Maintain a high standard of menu quality, presentation, and service.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to innovate and refresh offerings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE alcohol licensing laws, food safety, and hygiene standards.

**Guest Experience & Brand Development**:

- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through attentive service and engaging atmosphere.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Represent the brand in community and media engagements when required.

**People Management**:

- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support employee growth.
- Foster a positive, professional, and creative work environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in a senior restaurant or nightlife management role (preferably in high-energy venues or lifestyle concepts).
- Strong understanding of **F&B operations**, **alcohol service regulations**, and **event coordination**.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with proven ability to manage **P&L and cost control**.
- Passion for **music, nightlife, and entertainment culture**.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
