- Perform a wide variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure to cater to diverse client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with modern and effective services.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and skin types, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat appointments.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records efficiently, utilizing salon management software for streamlined operations.
- Assist in retail sales of beauty products, offering expert advice and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- A diploma or certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy from a recognized institution is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon or spa environment, showcasing a diverse skill set.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and understand their needs.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring high standards in all beauty services provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
