Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our HR consultancy firm. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by assisting in lead generation, researching client data, and contributing to overall business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the HR industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
- Compile and organize client data into databases for the sales team to use in outreach efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and potential sales opportunities.
- **Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in finding and connecting with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- **Marketing Assistance**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new clients.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating content that promotes our services and brand.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the CEO and other team members to understand the company's goals and contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing processes.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on your tasks and learning from experienced professionals in the industry.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
