**Construction Supervisor - Marine projects**

**Al Dhafra, UAE**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supervise daily construction activities on marine project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor and report progress, quality, and safety performance to senior management.
- Ensure all marine construction activities adhere to local regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and workforce.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, inspection records, and material logs.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in marine projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but advantageous)
