The main objective is to provide the appropriate environment to facilitate the work of customers in the yard and secure the necessary requirements for this, including space, containers, workers, equipment, customs inspection, and land transport, in coordination with the clients and their representatives.
- **Yard Supervision**: The supervisor is responsible for managing the yard’s equipment, space, and operations, ensuring containers are unloaded before being loaded and all yard activities run smoothly.
- **Worker Management**: Organizes the daily schedule for workers, manages attendance, ensures workers have required IDs, and ensures the correct handling of workers' data.
- **Container Handling**: Coordinates the entry and unloading of containers into the yard, ensuring they follow the required processes for customs and weighing, and prevents congestion.
- **Equipment and Repairs**: Oversees equipment and container maintenance, reports damages, coordinates repairs, and ensures materials used are documented.
- **Customer Service**: Ensures all customer needs are met efficiently, with all requests documented, and prioritizes customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensures the safety of the yard, monitors security procedures, conducts inspections, and manages emergency situations such as fires.
- **Maintenance and Supervision**: Supervises vehicle and container maintenance, coordinates repair, ensures compliance with standards, and tracks performance.
- **Coordination and Reporting**: Coordinates with different departments for ongoing tasks and provides updates and reports to the management regarding yard activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience in Yard Operations**: Prior experience in managing yard activities, including equipment handling, container management, and worker coordination.
- **Supervisory Skills**: Ability to supervise workers, maintain schedules, and manage yard activities effectively with attention to detail and multitasking.
- **Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance**: Strong understanding of equipment and container repair processes, with the ability to identify damage and coordinate repairs.
- **Customer Service Focus**: Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company protocols.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety and security procedures, with the ability to conduct inspections, ensure compliance, and manage emergency situations.
- **Communication and Reporting Skills**: Strong communication skills to interact with workers, customers, and management, as well as the ability to produce detailed reports.
- **Problem-Solving and Coordination**: Ability to solve problems in a timely manner, coordinate across departments, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations.
