**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven **Valuation Analyst Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial and operational data to assess the value of assets, projects, and business opportunities. You will play a key role in modeling, forecasting, and preparing valuation materials for internal use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze financial data and market trends to support yacht and asset valuation
- Assist in preparing reports for management, including investment analyses, project ROI, and cost benchmarking
- Conduct research on industry peers, competitive benchmarks, and valuation standards
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting and strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Project departments to gather and interpret data
- Provide analytical support for internal business cases, project appraisals, and pricing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial or valuation analysis
- Strong Excel and analytical modeling skills
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and curious mindset
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form
- Fluent in English; French or Polish is a plus

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in the yachting, marine, or luxury goods industry
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.)
