Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and provide leadership to clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses and doctors
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and quality of care
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments, surgeries, and other services
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate clinic staff
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a managerial role in healthcare setting
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
