**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily nursing care including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Monitor and respond to changes in the patient's condition.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
- Be available 24/7 for the patient’s needs, with appropriate rest periods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in home health care or a similar nursing role.
- Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to stay with the patient full-time (live-in).
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Fully vaccinated and in good health.
