The Hanging House Experiential Agency is seeking a talented Unreal Engine Developer to join our dynamic team in creating cutting-edge experiential activations, games, and immersive experiences. As a key tech team member, you will be responsible for developing interactive solutions, VR and AR activations, and creating prototype concepts using Unreal Engine.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop experiential activations, games, and immersive experiences using Unreal Engine
- Create interactive solutions, VR, and AR activations
- Develop and iterate on prototype concepts continuously
- Work on-site for installation and support technicians in setting up activations
- Utilize hardware to create innovative solutions for events
- Conduct research and contribute to product development
- Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative activation concepts
- Work closely with designers to create engaging UI and UX for activations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event and exhibition industry
- Knowledge of the Agile framework
- Creative mindset to understand and enhance the experiential journey
- Proficiency in programming with C++ and Blueprints in Unreal Engine
- Flexibility to work in the dynamic event industry
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed about project status
- Strong knowledge of hardware such as Lidar, Kinect, tangible screens, and depth cameras
