Job Purpose
- To promote Bank’s retail banking products mainly NTB Priority/Preferred Accounts, Personal Loans, Credit Cards (C&I).
- To increase the wallet share of Bank amongst our corporate client base as well as new companies listed under Bank’s TML
- To ensure cross sell of Bank’s retails products.
- To assist telemarketing team by providing quality leads for motor insurance
- To assist Relationship Manager - Business Development in listing new companies under Bank’s TML
- To be aware of any market changes from competition to effectively manage customer objection handling
- Provide constructive and constant feedback to bank staff on improvement of: products, services and processes etc., which may either reduce TAT or costs or enhance customer experience.
- Be an effective team player and contribute to achievement of goals based on the Key Performance Indicators issued from time to time.

Education Degree / diploma in Commerce or equivalent would be preferred Experience and Skills At least 1 year experience in retail product sales would be preferred.
