We are currently seeking a dedicated Consultant/Specialist Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ophthalmic care, diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, and developing treatment plans that improve the visual health of our patients. Your expertise and compassion will be vital in ensuring positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess patients' medical histories.
- Diagnose and manage eye diseases and conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and other ophthalmic surgeries when needed.
- Provide non-surgical interventions and treatments, including the prescription of medications.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor and follow up with patients to track progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ophthalmology through continuous education and professional development

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree and current license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Ophthalmologist.
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating various eye diseases and conditions.
- Proven skills in performing surgical and non-surgical ophthalmic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmic practices, technologies, and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and fellow healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
