**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of teaching and learning strategies that align with the MOE curriculum and the school’s educational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Principal and senior leadership team to establish and implement long-term academic goals and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning by promoting a shared vision of high standards and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design and delivery of the school’s curriculum, ensuring it is rigorous, inclusive, and meets the needs of all students.
- Introduce and integrate innovative teaching practices and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum delivery through data-driven assessments and feedback from teachers, students, and parents.
- Ensure that the curriculum complies with MOE standards and regulations while being flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the student population.
- Conduct regular assessments of teaching quality through classroom observations, peer reviews, and teacher feedback.
- Provide leadership in the analysis and response to student performance data to ensure high standards and timely interventions for struggling students.
- Lead the professional development of teachers, identifying their needs and providing opportunities for growth through workshops, training, and mentoring.
- Foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning among staff, promoting the sharing of best practices.
- Support and evaluate the performance of teachers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure high standards of teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education (Master’s or higher degree preferred).
- Native Arabic Speakers ( Required)
- 2- 3 years of experience in leadership role in MOE curriculum school in UAE ( Preferred)
- Strong understanding of the UAE education system and MOE guidelines and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
