**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Driving**:

- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
- Transport goods, equipment, or passengers to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain an accurate log of travel and mileage records.

**2. Coordination**:

- Plan and optimize routes for deliveries or pickups, considering time constraints, road conditions, and traffic patterns.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to coordinate schedules and ensure timely deliveries or service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all necessary items are stocked and ready for transport.
- Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including shipping forms, delivery receipts, and other required documentation.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Address any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.

**4. Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Ensure vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
