Our organization is a leading diesel service center in the UAE, committed to delivering world-class diesel engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions to our clients. We work with a broad range of commercial, industrial, and marine customers, offering expert services and top-quality parts to ensure smooth and reliable operation of their diesel-powered equipment. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outdoor B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell diesel pumps and injectors services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and products.
- Proven sales achievements in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of diesel engines is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outdoor sales, preferably within the automotive, heavy equipment, or diesel service industry in UAE.

**Technical & Industry Expertise**:

- Familiarity with diesel engines, spare parts, and service offerings.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Professional demeanor, customer-centric approach, and strong work ethic.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
