Odoo Internship

**Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Track (Developer)**
- Assist in developing custom Odoo modules using **Python, XML, JavaScript**.
- Customize views, reports, menus, and dashboards.
- Work with Odoo ORM, API, controllers, and automated actions.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems (REST API / RFID / IoT).
- Support debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Participate in deployment using **Docker, Coolify, PostgreSQL**.

**Functional Track (Consultant)**
- Understand client business requirements and map them to Odoo modules.
- Assist in configuring modules such as **Inventory, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, HR, Manufacturing, Projects, CRM**.
- Document requirements, prepare user stories, and update SOPs.
- Support UAT, training sessions, and end-user onboarding.
- Conduct system testing and validate workflows.
- Support project managers with documentation and implementation tasks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Fresh graduate or student in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related fields**.
- Basic understanding of Python or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of ERP concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Passion and willingness to learn Odoo and ERP systems.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Exposure to Odoo Community/Enterprise (v14-v18).
- Experience with GitHub, Docker, Coolify, REST APIs.
- Understanding of business processes (Inventory, Finance, HR, CRM, POS).
- Basic UI/UX skills for improving Odoo screens.

**What You Will Learn**

- Real project experience with clients in UAE and GCC.
- How to build modules from scratch in Python.
- Integrations with IoT, RFID, AI tools, and mobile apps.

- Hands-on experience using Git, Docker, Swagger, pgAdmin, and Odoo Studio.
