**Job Title**: Trainer - Satellite Communication
**Location**: Dubai, Bharat Academy
**Job Type**: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract] - Depending on the profile
**Job Summary**: As a Trainer in Satellite Communication, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that cover various aspects of satellite technology, operations, and systems. Your role will involve creating engaging learning materials, conducting workshops, and providing hands-on training to ensure participants gain practical knowledge and skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and design comprehensive training programs in satellite communication, covering topics such as satellite systems, signal processing, ground stations, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver training sessions through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hands-on workshops.
- Assess the training needs of participants and customize content to meet diverse learning requirements.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Maintain training records and provide reports on participant progress and feedback.
- Facilitate discussions and promote a collaborative learning environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in satellite communication systems and technologies.
- Previous experience in training or teaching, with a strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Certification in relevant satellite communication technologies is a plus.
