**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Generate opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, including identifying new markets and trends.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
- Analyze the market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Report on sales activities, forecasts, and results.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **5 years** of sales experience in the field of **Interior Fit Out and Joinery** in UAE.
- A valid **UAE driving license** is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
