**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct location field inspection and provide progression reports, related to parking management and systems.
- Ensure all staff maintains a clean, neat professional appearance at all times.
- Responsible for day to day planning and co-ordination.

- ensure adherence to all aspects of safety issues, including project equipment, and raise any concerns with Line Manager
- support and track the progress of the project
- within agreed criteria, and adhering to applicable plans (such as emergency planning) deal with issues/problems as they arise to minimize impact on operations.
- Control / maintain accurate data/records/documentation as specified
- carry out allocated tasks/projects in accordance with contract requirements
- carry out allocated task/projects within prescribed time limits
- Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation along with I.T Team.
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the projects and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate / Post Graduate or Equivalent Degree in related field
- Have knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- With demonstrated professional growth and achievement
- Previous experience in delivering complex projects as well as experience in supervising staff.
- Experience in similar management role, including managing a team of Traffic Marshals and Parking Attendant professionals.
- Proven ability to deliver on the ground operations.
- With sufficient knowledge and professional disciplines to run a multidisciplinary team.
- Know how to delegate task, speak clearly, write legibly, perform high level calculations and work well with other employees.
- Having a common sense when performing duties and following written and oral instructions.
- With Valid UAE license
- knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, power point and excel)
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to details.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
**Experience**:
Should have 8-15 years’ prior experience in parking systems and progressive responsibilities Or in similar role
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
