**Job description**:
Charterhouse is working with a real estate developer and investment management organisation based in Abu Dhabi. As a result of their continued growth plans, our client is in search of a Senior Vice President of Investment Management who will manage all stages of the investment processes across its portfolio.

**About the role**
This senior management role will lead the asset management investment process across all stages of the transaction, from sourcing to execution both for Real Estate and Operating business transactions, whilst managing the relationships with existing and new organisational subsidiaries.

In conjunction, the Senior VP of Investment will originate potential opportunities through their network and analyse opportunities received from brokers, executive management and external networks; gain a thorough understanding of fundamental drivers, financial performance, and on and off-balance sheet contractual commitments.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Investment Manager, the role will identify and lead the due diligence processes, such as legal, financial and commercial, and coordinate efforts in conjunction with legal, finance and other stakeholders, proposing key commercial terms and potential transaction structures.

The role will review and present financial modelling and valuation, scenarios and sensitivity analysis to board members and stakeholders, overseeing purchase price allocations, post-acquisition.

**About you**
The client will look to recruit a Senior Investment Manager with a minimum of twelve years of experience, six of which should be in a senior leadership role with a real estate developer, real estate consultancy, private equity or investment banking in the UAE or GCC. Additionally, you will have managed all stages of the investment process, from underwriting on new acquisitions to post-portfolio monitoring.
