**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Perform Rhinoplasty (Cosmetic and Functional)**:

- **Primary Rhinoplasty**: Conduct first-time procedures to reshape and improve the aesthetic appearance of the nose, enhancing facial harmony.
- **Revision Rhinoplasty**: Correct previous rhinoplasty results that may not have met patient expectations or resulted in functional complications.
- **Septoplasty with Rhinoplasty**: Combine functional septoplasty for breathing issues with cosmetic adjustments to improve the appearance of the nose.
- **Advanced Nose Surgery Procedures**:

- **Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Liquid Rhinoplasty)**: Offer non-invasive treatments using dermal fillers for minor reshaping and contouring of the nose.
- **Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty (Piezo Rhinoplasty)**: Use innovative ultrasound technology for less invasive nasal bone reshaping.
- **Nostril Reduction (Alar Base Reduction)**: Perform surgeries to reduce the size of overly wide nostrils, improving facial aesthetics.
- **Tip Plasty (Tip Rhinoplasty)**: Refine the shape and proportion of the nasal tip, addressing concerns such as drooping or bulbous tips.
- **Augmentation Rhinoplasty**: Enhance the size or shape of the nose, especially for individuals with a flat nasal bridge or insufficient projection.
- **Bridge Augmentation**: Correct nasal bridge imperfections, either through grafts or implants, to provide a more defined appearance.
- **Saddle Nose Correction**: Address collapsed or concave noses caused by trauma or congenital issues.
- **Columella Strut Graft**: Support the nasal tip with grafting techniques to ensure long-term nasal stability and aesthetics.
- **Collaborative Care & Multidisciplinary Approach**:

- Work closely with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and anesthetists for comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure the best outcomes for patients undergoing combined procedures.
- **Pre-Operative & Post-Operative Care**:

- Conduct detailed consultations with patients to assess their goals and design customized treatment plans.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative guidance and post-operative care to ensure optimal healing and results.
- Monitor patients closely after surgery, providing necessary follow-up care and managing complications, if any.
- **Patient Education & Counseling**:

- Educate patients on the procedure, recovery process, and potential results.
- Set realistic expectations to ensure patients understand the surgical process and outcomes.
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion, building trust and confidence.
- **Research and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in nasal surgery and cosmetic procedures.
- Participate in research, conferences, and continuing education to enhance knowledge and practice.

**Qualifications**
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in **Otolaryngology**.
- Advanced training or fellowship in **rhinoplasty** and **nose surgery**.
- Board certification in **Otolaryngology** or related specialty with a focus on **cosmetic nasal surgery**.
- Active licensure to practice in Abu Dhabi (or eligibility for licensure under the Abu Dhabi Department of Health).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing **cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty** procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
