About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using **NestJS**.
- Work with **MongoDB** to design schemas, manage queries, and optimize performance.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to define and deliver robust APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of professional backend development experience** (must).
- **Strong hands-on experience with NestJS** in mid-to-large scale projects.
- Proficiency in **MongoDB** (schema design, performance optimization, aggregation pipelines).
- Solid understanding of **TypeScript**, **Node.js**, and modern backend development practices.
- Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, modular design, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of backend features.

Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
