Our cung-edge hydroponic vegetable farm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality
Controller to join our dedicated team. As a Quality Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceponal quality of our hydroponically grown vegetables.

Responsibilies:
Conduct thorough inspecons of the crops to ensure they meet our quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the producon process, including pest control and harvesng techniques.
Collaborate with the producon team to address any quality issues promptly, providing feedback and recommendaons for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentaon and records of quality control acvies, including inspecon reports, test results, and correcve acons.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Quality Controller or similar role is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of farming techniques, including disease prevenon and environmental control.
Strong atenon to detail and the ability to idenfy and address quality issues effecvely.
Excellent communicaon skills to collaborate with the producon team and provide guidance on quality control processes.
Familiarity with food safety regulaons and cerficaons.
