**Job Title**: General Typist
**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, type, and format official letters, reports, and internal memos as per company standards.
- Maintain and update employee records, documents, and files systematically.
- Type Arabic and English documents accurately (if applicable).
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR and Admin departments in preparing letters, NOCs, and visa-related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and filing of all typed documents.
- Coordinate with PRO and HR for document preparation and processing.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain organized digital and hard copy filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in typing (English; Arabic typing is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
