Roles & Responsibilities
Duties as the Joinery Production/Factory Manager will be:
1. Generate weekly / monthly manufacturing performance reports.
2. Procurement Ensure stock accuracy.
3. Manage project program for manufacturing and delivery of goods.
4. Liaise with Technical Department & Designers on any design query, clarification, or improvement suggestions.
5. To check construction issue drawings and issue back for amendment as required.
6. To schedule and complete works orders for joinery items.
7. To place orders from drawings and update the procurement schedule.
8. Production scheduling from the project managers program or by agreement.
9. To liaise with the project manager and Technical Managers.
10. Works are assembled and fully complete prior to finishing and delivery.
11. Ensuring the works are always kept clean and tidy.
12. Ensuring quality is achieved and always maintained.
13. Any other duty as required by the Directors of the business.
As the Joinery Production/Factory Manager, you must have:
1. Ability to self-manage workload as well as work part of a team.
2. Ability to interact with clients if necessary.
3. Responding to queries and simple problem-solving.
4. Positive attitude towards tasks given and a continuous improvement approach.
5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience in manufacturing joinery preferably someone who comes from a bench joinery background.
7. Knowledge in AutoCAD.
8. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
9. Understanding of joinery manufacturing process.
10. Experienced team manager.
11. Structured, organized and works well under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Experience**:
- Factory Operation: 3 years (preferred)
