**ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning and developing social media campaigns
- Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
- Posting content across social media accounts
- Engaging with customers on different channels
- Analyzing running campaigns
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
- Collaborate with the team to understand the creative vision and goals for content creation.
- Organize and execute photoshoots and video shoots in-salon and on location that capture the essence of our services, products, and brand atmosphere.
- Ensure consistency in style, color, and mood by editing photos and videos.
- Maintain equipment and software for photography and videography.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in beauty, fashion, photography, and videography.
- Work closely with stylists and other salon staff to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot experience.
- Organize and archive digital media files efficiently.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaign themes, props, and set designs.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's message, style, and target audience.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a Social Media Content Manager
- Experience as a social media manager or a similar role
- Experience in creating social media strategies and photographer
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to multi-task
