Al Taj Smart Medical Examination Centre is a medical screening centre located in Sharjah. The Centre provides residency visa medical screening and typing services all under one roof, using state-of-the-art technology and a team of highly qualified medical professionals.

**Job Overview**:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives. You will oversee various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, graphic design and market research while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company goals.

2. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

3. Create compelling and targeted content for online and offline platforms.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

5. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

6. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies.

9. Budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

10. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2. At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

6. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Proficient in marketing tools and analytics platforms.

8. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

9. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
