**Job Description**:
As a Night Auditor in the Account Department of Flora Inn Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient financial operations of the hotel during the night shift. You will be responsible for various accounting and auditing tasks, maintaining financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations:

- Perform night audit functions to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses.
- Verify the accuracy of guest folios, room rates, and charges.
- Post and balance charges and settlements from various hotel departments.
- Prepare financial reports, including daily revenue reports, occupancy reports, and any other required financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

2. Guest Service:

- Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and any other requests during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

3. Financial Records and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including guest accounts, invoices, and receipts.
- Verify and reconcile daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as required.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial information.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift accounting team to provide necessary updates and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in training and guiding new team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Night Auditor or in an accounting position within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local accounting regulations and procedures is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
