We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Immigration Sales Trainer - Experienced (mandatory)** to join our team in the immigration services industry. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the sales skills and performance of our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of our sales team in the immigration services industry.
- Design training modules, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing sales representatives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their sales skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their performance targets.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, feedback surveys, and other assessment tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales trainer or a similar role, preferably in the immigration services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and the immigration services market.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales representatives to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with sales team members.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
