KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Portfolio Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are dedicated to providing exceptional property management services and maximizing the value of our clients' portfolios.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including maintenance, financial performance, and tenant relations. Your strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and team members will be essential to succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and overall portfolio performance.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize the value and profitability of the portfolio.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, and budgeting.
- Prepare annual property budgets, review financial reports, and implement cost-effective solutions to achieve financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service and tenant retention.
- Monitor market conditions and trends to inform pricing & marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of properties.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of property management professionals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in property management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven 5-7 years experience in property management, portfolio management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and tenant relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities with the aptitude to manage a team and drive performance.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis for property portfolios.
- Knowledge of local real estate market conditions and trends.
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
