**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and quality control.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of cleaning services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the cleaning industry.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in cleaning operations is a plus.
