**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for infrastructure and utility projects, including water supply, drainage, sewage, electrical, and telecom systems.
- Interpret and convert conceptual designs into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with local regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate and detailed designs.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, and client feedback.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data, verify measurements, and ensure accuracy in the drawings.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of CAD drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integrated and accurate project deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation at the completion of projects.
- Participate in project meetings to provide input and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in the GCC, with a focus on infrastructure and utilities.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure and utility projects, including water, drainage, sewage, and electrical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
- Previous experience working with contracting companies is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- UAE experience and knowledge of local infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
