Job Purpose:
To handle customer payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining financial accuracy in all transactions at the Tadbeer center.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Process payments for Tadbeer services accurately through the cashier system.
- Issue receipts and invoices to customers.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions securely.
- Maintain daily cash balance and reconcile payments at the end of each shift.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate service area.
- Ensure the cashier area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferably in a service center or similar environment).
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers efficiently.
