**About The Role**
Are you passionate about the hospitality industry? Are you organised, customer-focused, and can you teach as well as motivate a team? Then we need your skills as a Team leader to join our team of professionals today Our Concierge team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and train you in this exciting career. You will have excellent customer service skills, willing to advising guests on their needs and enjoy delivering a great experience from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury environment.

The Team leader Concierge must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about management and leading a team. You will assist the Assistant Chief Concierge to train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers' utilization, health, and safety as customer satisfaction standards, and assist manage the Concierge's daily operations.

**About You**
It is essential that you are above average concierge provider and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in concierge as a team leader or acting as a team leader in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively.
