We are a leading provider of tent solutions for various industries in Dubai, UAE. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimation Manager to join our team. The Estimation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimation process, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and project management.

**Responsibilities**

  • Analyze project specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates for various tent structures.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
  • Manage the estimation process from initial inquiry to final project approval, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of estimates.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure that estimates are aligned with project timelines and budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a database of pricing information and market trends to ensure that the company remains competitive.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tent industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and estimation software.
