Our office support team plays a crucial role in keeping all departments coordinated, efficient, and professional.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for managers and technicians.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, quotations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for contracts, client records, and project documents.
- Assist in tracking inquiries, quotations, and project documentation as per company workflows.
- Handle data entry and ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to coordinate appointments, document collection, or service updates.
- Support the HR or operations team with clerical tasks such as timesheets, leave records, and office inventory.
- **Use accounting software to assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.**:

- Follow up on assigned tasks with internal teams to ensure timely responses and completion.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.**:

- Professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients or internal teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic data entry systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience using accounting systems or ERP tools is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field.
- Fluency in basic Arabic is a plus.
- UAE experience in a contracting or maintenance company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of document control or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho) is a plus.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
