Responsibilities of **Pizza Maker**
- Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
- Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed
- Make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces
- Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
- Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
- Use less traditional ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten-free flour)
- Cook appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads
- Recommend new recipes to update our menus
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment

Responsibilities of **Burger Maker**
- Prepare food following specifications during or before unit operations
- Measure all food items and portion them accurately. Adhere to all quality standards, portion sizes, policies and procedures, and department rules.
- Ensure all foods are properly prepared in a timely manner and to specifications
- Ensure proper storage of food by maintaining the right temperatures
- Keep all menu items fresh and ensure they retain original quality
- Package all products following the right specifications
- Carry out opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned following appropriate guidelines
- Ensure equipment and workstation are adequately stocked, organized, and clean
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and health codes
- Set up kitchen equipment and operate them

Responsibilities of **Waiter/Waitress**
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
- Basic math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Burger maker: 1 year (preferred)
- Pizza Maker: 1 year (preferred)
- Waitress/Waiter: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
