**Leadership Skills Required**

**Technical Skills Required**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in financial services technology.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, Development, and leadership roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
