**About the Role**:
We’re seeking **experienced freelance facilitators** to support the delivery of a high-impact **accessibility and disability inclusion training programme** in Abu Dhabi.

You will deliver face-to-face workshops using content developed by our team, aimed at improving inclusive service delivery across sectors. The initial contract runs from **September to December 2025**, with a **strong possibility of extension** into 2026.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive, in-person training sessions to frontline and operational staff
- Facilitate engaging discussions that build awareness of disability inclusion and accessibility
- Use pre-developed content while tailoring delivery to audience needs
- Provide light session feedback and flag any key issues or observations
- Work flexibly across multiple days and locations in Abu Dhabi

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proven experience in delivering training or workshops to adult learners
- Strong understanding of **disability inclusion**, **accessibility**, and **inclusive customer service**:

- Confident and adaptable facilitation skills
- Available to work in Abu Dhabi regularly during the contract period
- Professional, respectful, and responsive to culturally diverse audiences

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience delivering training in the UAE or GCC region
- Fluent in **Arabic and English**:

- Lived experience of disability or working closely with disabled communities

**Contract Details**:

- Freelance role**:September to December 2025**:

- Paid per session/module delivered
- Travel and accommodation not included - applicants must be able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
